A Birthday Party

I love these two pictures! Rachel's facial expression in the first one just says it all. The second picture... I just can't stop laughing! I think this was taken right before Kobi threw her to the ground.
A couple weekends ago was Rachel's 3rd birthday and she had her party in this cool play land place. (When I'm tired my poetic writing just flows out:) Anyway... this "warehouse-looking-toddler-fun-for-all-arena" had different rooms the kids could play in and every couple minutes a director would move them to another area.
So here is Kobi as a weatherman...

and stealing groceries from the ambulance play land in a shopping cart adequate to his size and able to hightail butt at rapid speed. Moving on...

I had to post this last picture. At what age do children become embarrassed that mom is taking pictures around "friends"? Apparently at TWO! I just like how Kobi put his own name tag on. Hehe!

Believe it or not but this was the best picture by the yellow bush. Hehe! Silly kid!

Daddy made Kobi's Easter basket this year. Isn't he such a good daddy? Matthew also made something similar for me on Valentines Day which turned out awesome and a total surprise!

We are currently building a small fort in the back of the house:) Thanks Uncle Pete & Auntie Cassie! I swear this swing set was never this big before?? It will soon be complete with monkey bars, swings, rock climbing wall, sand box and roof.

I know this is Kobi's blog but below are pictures I took for my friends family at a state park. I think they turned out really cool.

So far these are some of the pics I've finally gotten off the camera. Like I said in my last post more to come... :)

An Interview with Kobi

Lately if Kobi doesn't want to take a picture this is the face I get. I don't know why I posted this first picture but it makes me smile:)

I know these first two pictures are blurred but they just capture Kobi's silly personality perfectly.

So as you can see Kobi got the "chop". His last haircut was horrible! Were talking moved head during sideburn trimming and the bowl cut... ughh! This was the one time I took him somewhere. So in an effort to save my poor babies dignity I tried to doctor up the "do" myself. Oh my gosh... by the time I was done it looked like this (click here). Not to worry daddy came to the rescue with his clippers. As daddy worked his magic all I could think was "That's a lot of hair on the floor... That's to much hair on the floor... OH NO!" and so were off to hat shop and are creatively thinking of new ways to photograph a bald child:)

Its not that bad right? (I hope) Maybe I'm just not use to such shortness? Hey I never did notice his little ears were so darn cute!

My Future Teenager

Doesn't it look like all Kobi needs is a snowboard? I swear he looks so grown up! (Sniff, sniff)

I also can not believe Kobi's snow pictures were taken in March this year! You think Kobi's big enough to shovel out the driveway? Hehe!
