Kobi Talk Funny

So you know the saying "See you later alligator, In a while crocodile"? Well Kobi likes to say "see ya later crocodile" and this is how he says it.

(You might need to turn up the volume)

On another note... is it already Thanksgiving time?! Where has November gone? This month I am really slacking! As of November 3rd I am a Type 2 diabetic. Yep this really comes to no surprise as my mother has had diabetes for decades and is on insulin but I just thought I had a couple more years before I was diagnosed. I always said I will eat the ice cream for breakfast up until I am told I can't:) Well now I've been told. The fact is I was put on medication the moment I left my Endocrinologist appointment along with an extreme diet. The first week of pill taking was my last. I've never felt so bad in my life with so many lows (blood sugar drops). So now Dr H is trying an experiment on me which I am determined to pass. I pleaded to go off the medication for 3 months and then recheck my blood work to which she agreed. HOWEVER I am on the craziest diet of my life! I am allowed no carbs (except what you get out of green veggies), no dairy, no sugar, no fruits except berries and NO ALCOHOL! What The?! After 3 months hopefully I can prove to Dr H that my diabetes will be controlled by diet/ exercise and then I might be able to incorporate some carbs back into my life by February. On the plus side I am glad I caught this in my 20's. I am now forced to eat right and exercise. Plus I have learned that Kobi actually likes salmon, shrimp and salads. This coming from the child who wont touch meat. So I'm excited! Someone that will finally eat stinky fish with me at the table and not complain that the house smells afterwards:)

Now I promise new Kobi pictures are on their way:)
