I would say that almost all the "Taichung" families get a picture...It's my understanding that during the Hearing BM, baby & lawyer are all present in front of the judge & I've noticed a lot of people get a picture of the BM holding baby on that special day.
Happy Birthday, Kobi! Great photos of a beautiful boy. I also thought about Camille's birth mother a lot on her birthday and on Mother's Day. It is wonderful that you have a photo to share with Kobi when he gets older.
