Moving Right Along!

We have the plane tickets! Yeah...Big sigh of relief! So because we are flying in such short notice to pick up our little man before Christmas the flights are crazy booked! Luckily our travel agent got us flights to and from...well sort of. She could get Matthew, baby Kobi and I as far home as Los Angeles. Not quite home but thankfully new "Auntie" Cassie has found a way from Los Angeles to Baltimore so baby Kobi can sleep in his crib the first day that he becomes a US citizen and that mama and baba can lay down in their nice comfy bed complete with down comforter! Auntie Cassie we cant thank you enough!
So this is the schedule so far. We will leave Dulles Airport on December 13th at 2:05 PM. Fly to Cleveland, Los Angeles then Taipei. Arrive in Taiwan on Dec 15th 6:00 AM. We will officially hold our little Kobi for the first time on Dec 18th (when we take a 1-2 hour drive to Taichung) Then the next day have an AIT appointment to get Kobi's Visa. On Dec 21st we fly home and as funny as it sounds (because of the time difference) we will arrive home on Dec 21st. I am looking forward to all the touring we plan on doing while our stay in Taiwan. We should no more details in the next day or so. I cant believe this time next week we will have our baby! If only the rest of the process seemed to go this fast!

That is so exciting. One more week. I hope you are able to post from Taiwan so we watch your journey unfold.

You have a blog!?! Yeah! You're getting Kobi on the 18th? Quadruple yeah! I've missed a lot these past couple of weeks (we finally have an internet connection). Congrats on getting travel dates! Please let me know if I can help answer any questions. FYI, don't bring mixed nuts. They have a zillion packages at the agency. So happy for you!

YAY! I am so happy to see that you finally have travel dates. I notice that you will be home for Christmas. That is the best Christmas gift ever. Best wishes for a safe trip.
